Chef Hannah Benage

Chef Hannah Benage is a culinary professional with over 20 years of experience in hospitality, private dining and food education.

 

Through Benagerie, she offers private chef services, cooking classes and curated dining experiences throughout Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley. 


Her work aims to bring communities together through seasonal meals, garden inspired cooking and inclusive culinary programs designed to build confidence in the kitchen and create meaningful moments around the table.

 

Hannah believes hospitality is a form of care- and that everyone deserves a seat at the table.

Conquring French Cuisine Class

"My favorite moments were just chatting and getting to know Hannah, she created such a beautiful and inviting atmosphere. She made it very easy for us all to relax and enjoy the company. We learned so much about French cuisine and how to prepare, in particular our French onion soup she showed us different cutting techniques like a “roll cut” . What I really stuck with was when showed us the easiest way of making a crème Bruele. I'll make that all the time now! Overall I would recommend it again, and I actually plan going to one of Hannah’s lovely dinners soon. Thank you so much for this experience.
